We begin with a discussion to understand your project requirements, needs, and define shared goals.
After finalizing the scope and design direction, we proceed with contract signing to officially start the project.
Interior Design Free 1,200 THB/ Sq. m.
We develop the design based on the agreed budget, including overall style, color palette, and atmosphere. Design proposals will be presented and refined until satisfaction is achieved, along with material selection.
Estimated timeline: 15 working days
We create realistic 3D perspectives and detailed construction drawings, with revisions as needed.
Estimated timeline: 30 working days
All design details are finalized into a cost breakdown, quotation and supporting documents, which will be attached to the contract to define the project budget.
Estimated timeline: 20 working days
Materials are sourced and production begins at the factory, followed by preparation for on-site delivery.
Estimated timeline: 30 working days (Initial payment: 30%)
Site protection is carried out prior to installation to prevent damage. Built-in furniture, electrical systems, and related works are then installed accordingly.
Estimated timeline: 30 working days (Progress payment: 30%)
Installation of materials, fittings, stone, glass, and loose furniture (if any), along with final detailing to ensure the space is fully completed and ready for use.
Estimated timeline: 30 working days (Progress payment: 30%)
Final inspection is conducted, and any defects are corrected before project handover.
Estimated timeline: 10 working days (Final payment: 10%)
A 1-year warranty is provided, including maintenance and repairs in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
